We are looking for a
Global Recruiter
with robust experience in
LinkedIn sourcing and volume hiring
to support large-scale
AI enhancement programs
.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates globally using
LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search
.
- Handle high-volume hiring for
AI Annotators, Evaluators, Data Labelers, and Linguistic Evaluators
.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing AI projects.
- Screen candidates and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to submission.
- Work across multiple requirements, locations, languages,
and time zones.
- Meet aggressive sourcing and hiring targets while maintaining candidate quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment/sourcing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Recruiter
.
- Proven experience in
volume/bulk hiring
.
- Prior experience recruiting for
AI/ML, Data Annotation, AI Training, or AI Enhancement projects
preferred.
- Strong Boolean search, sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Experience with global/international hiring is a plus.
