About the Role

We are looking for a Telecalling & Lead Generation Executive with around 1 year of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, telesales, or inside sales. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating and qualifying leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales process.

The position is open specifically to candidates residing in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new leads.
- Explain products/services to potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain regular interaction with leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further conversion of qualified leads.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Outbound Calling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/Excel.
- Comfortable working independently in a Work From Home environment.
- Ahmedabad local candidates only.
