- Ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders and understand the purpose and requirements of various customer business/enterprise applications, processes, and user personas
- 3-5 years of experience in any of the following domains:

- Willingness to travel to client locations as required

Qualification Criteria and Skills
- Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies
- Experience in one or more of the following industries:

- BFSI
- Manufacturing
- FMCG
- Oil and Gas
- Knowledge of enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, CLM (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Icertis) is an added advantage

Role and Responsibilities




- Work with global customers to identify target audiences training needs
- Understand customer applications and processes and derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption
- Handson knowledge or experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative solutions and improve process efficiency
- Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using the relevant product ecosystem
- Create content tailored to customer use cases
- Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects
