Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee the production of injectable products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance product quality.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
- Train and guide production staff on current processes and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in production operations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in production injectables, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
