Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and outbound sales activities. • Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and conduct consultative sales discussions to position the company's IT services and product offerings. • Deliver compelling company presentations, product demonstrations, and solution pitches tailored to customer needs. • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams during pre-sales to develop winning solutions and customer proposals. • Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, proposals, commercial offers, and Statements of Work (SOWs). • Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead qualification through opportunity management, proposal submission, commercial negotiation, contract execution, project handover, and coordination until the first invoice is raised. • Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the execution of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, Purchase Orders, and other contractual documents. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers,



and strategic partners to drive new business, customer retention, and account growth. • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records while ensuring timely follow-ups and opportunity progression. • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and networking forums, while monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
