Job Description:

• Screen candidate’s resume based on the job description, candidate's depth knowledge of relevant technology, functional skills, behavioural attributes, job history, geography, ability to travel, and other relevant qualities. • Conducting Preliminary Interviews, Telephonic Interviews for the candidates, Finalizing the recruitment process and compensation package along with reference /Background verifications. • Head Hunting, Mapping, Mass Mailing, and Market intelligence. • Coordination for interviews and assessments and handle reference check • Good knowledge of documentation and report generation. • Strongly Negotiate day rates • Intensive industry research activities across different industry sectors and job Families. • Developing network through e-mails and phone calls.
