Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with solid expertise in Playwright Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have 9-12 years of experience in test automation, framework development, API testing, and CI/CD integration. This role requires an individual who can independently drive automation initiatives and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
- Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to automation best practices.
- Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and continuous improvement of testing processes.
Required Skills
- 9-12 years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Web UI Automation Testing.
- Experience with API Testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Strong SQL and database validation skills.
