We are looking for a fantastic team member to join as a Security and Safety Manager

Role Purpose:
To lead and strengthen campus security operations while ensuring safety, compliance, and continuous enhancement of the campus environment, including both functional and aesthetic improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Head overall security operations and ensure a protected campus environment.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
- Monitor surveillance systems, access control, and incident management.
- Maintain detailed security records, reports, and documentation.
- Supervise security personnel, manage rosters, and ensure discipline.




- Handle emergencies and implement crisis management protocols.
- Manage and track departmental budgets and financial records.
- Identify risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive campus improvement initiatives, including modifications to the surroundings to enhance safety, functionality, and visual appeal.
- Suggest and implement changes related to layout, movement flow, and overall campus aesthetics in coordination with management.
- Collaborate with other departments for infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement.
