Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager – New Car Loans is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City,



responsible for driving sales of new car loan products within the assigned territory. This role includes prospecting and onboarding new car dealerships, nurturing existing dealer relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets. The person in this position will identify and convert customer leads, conduct product presentations, negotiate terms within defined guidelines, and ensure high-quality service throughout the loan approval and disbursement process. Daily activities involve coordinating with credit, operations, and collections teams, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The Territory Sales Manager will also track market trends, competitors’ offerings, and provide feedback to product and leadership teams to refine the bank’s value proposition in the auto loan segment.
