We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented **Business Development Executives** who are passionate about meeting people, building relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit medical colleges and teaching hospitals within the assigned territory.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, CRs, interns, faculty members, and college authorities.

* Generate quality leads through campus visits, seminars, events, and networking.

* Conduct awareness sessions,



classroom presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations.

* Counsel students about Arise Medical Academy's programs and guide them in choosing the right course.

* Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.

* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

* Coordinate with the inside sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.

* Represent Arise Medical Academy during college events, academic activities, and promotional campaigns.

* Maintain accurate visit reports, lead data, and CRM updates.

Eligibility

* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

* Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

* 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Education Sales, Pharma Sales, Healthcare Sales, or EdTech Sales is preferred.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
