- Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical and non-medical positions.
- Handle recruitment of Consultants, Doctors, RMOs, Staff Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Pharmacists, Lab Technicians, Technicians, Receptionists, Housekeeping, Administrative and Support Staff.
- Handle doctor/consultant payment calculations, skilled fees, cuts, incentives, and procedure-based payments as applicable.
- Verify attendance, biometric records, leave, late attendance, overtime, compensatory off, and other payroll inputs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, complaints, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisals.
- Assist department heads in identifying employee performance issues and training requirements.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, joining documents, professional registrations, and statutory documents.

Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare organization is preferred.
- Immediate joining required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
