Experience: 8-13 Years
- Looking for candidates with 7 to 10 years of experience in Application Development, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics, or Enterprise Technology Solutions.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing technology solutions using modern architectures and cloud platforms.
- Good expertise in one or more technology areas:
- UI Technologies (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
- Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Data Engineering (Databricks, Spark, Hadoop, SQL)
- AI/ML and Generative AI
- API and Integration Technologies
- Ability to prepare solution architectures, technical designs, estimations, and implementation plans.
- Experience in managing end-to-end project delivery while ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to timelines.
- Positive understanding of scalable application architecture, microservices, cloud-native development,



and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience in handling client interactions, requirement workshops, solution discussions, and status reporting.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of data platforms, analytics solutions, AI/GenAI use cases, and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Experience in cost estimation, platform sizing, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior members, and manage project execution.
- Experience driving innovation initiatives involving AI, Automation, Cloud, and Data Analytics.
- Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
