Role Description
This full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role is based in Ahmedabad.



The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth for SBI Life’s insurance products by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, agents, and corporate partners, and expanding the company’s regional presence. Daily activities include prospecting and onboarding new customers, supporting and mentoring agents, conducting product presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and service delivery. The role involves analyzing market trends, tracking sales performance, and implementing local marketing and outreach initiatives aligned with company strategy. The Business Development Manager is also expected to uphold SBI Life’s customer-first values, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to a positive and performance-oriented work culture.
