Role Description
The Area Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur, responsible for driving sales growth and market development for StarBlaze India’s welding consumables and related products. The role includes managing and expanding a distributor and dealer network,



maintaining strong relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory. The Area Manager will plan and execute territory sales strategies, monitor performance against targets, and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management. Day-to-day activities involve field visits, product presentations, competitor and market analysis, coordination with internal teams for pricing, supply, and logistics, and ensuring high standards of customer service and technical support. The role also includes participation in industry events, training sessions, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and customer awareness.
