We are looking for a Client Success Manager Intern to join our Delhi team. This internship is ideal for someone who is interested in digital marketing, client servicing, account management, and working in a fast-paced agency setting.
You will get hands-on exposure to client communication, project coordination, campaign execution, and working with multiple internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client communication and day-to-day coordination.
- Support the team in understanding client requirements and preparing briefs.
- Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, and Development teams.
- Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing client reports and presentations.
- Participate in client calls and internal project discussions.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Help monitor campaign and project performance.
- Support client retention and relationship-building activities.
- Assist with identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Use AI tools to improve research, reporting, communication, and workflow efficiency.
