Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **HR Manager** to lead and manage the complete HR function of our organization. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in the **Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or FMCG industry**, along with proven expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, and organizational development.

The candidate should be a strategic and people-oriented HR professional with the ability to work closely with senior management and drive HR initiatives that support business growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, operations, manufacturing, and support functions.




- Develop manpower plans and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
- Manage the performance appraisal and performance management process.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Support succession planning, leadership development, and organizational development initiatives.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, salary reviews, and annual increment processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable regulations.
