We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PLC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties
- Develop, program, and commission PLC systems using ladder logic (LD) and other engineering programming languages to automate manufacturing processes.
- Configure and troubleshoot human-machine interface (HMI) systems for real-time control and monitoring of industrial equipment.
- Integrate robotics systems, including Fanuc and other industrial robotic platforms, into automated production lines.
- Perform installation, maintenance,
and repair of PLC systems and industrial controls across various machinery and equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of PLC-related issues to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and automation teams to interpret schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams for system upgrades or modifications.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles by optimizing automation workflows for efficiency and waste reduction while adhering to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards where applicable.
