You will participate in the development and improvement of the hotel's human resources policies, procedures, and regulations, and execute all aspects of HR management, including team member relations, labor dispute handling, and ensuring compliance with all HR activities. Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Strategic planning skills:



To understand the hotel's overall strategy and translate it into concrete action plans for human resource management.
- Support daily HR operations: Assist in recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, team member relations, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations
- Enhance team member engagement: Help coordinate recognition programs, special events, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Manage HR systems and reporting: Oversee team member data entry, track employment transitions, maintain training and corrective action records, and generate reports on key HR metrics
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work workplace
