Job Summary

Global Media Marketing & Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in handling Government Projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of government procurement processes, tendering, and relationship management with government departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Central and State Government departments, PSUs, and Government agencies.
- Generate leads and build long-term relationships with government clients.
- Track and manage government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and bidding processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and bid documents.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming government projects and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Government Projects.




- Candidates must have prior experience working on Government Projects.
- Strong knowledge of Government procurement, GeM portal, tenders, and bidding processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in government organizations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel when required.

Preferred Candidate
- Immediate Joiner.
- Experience in media, marketing, advertising, communications, or related industries will be an added advantage.
