About the Role

We are looking for a
highly motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive / Academic Counsellor
to join our growing EdTech team in Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and working professionals, understanding their career and learning goals, recommending suitable courses/programs, and converting qualified leads into successful enrollments.

This is a
consultative sales role
where strong communication, counselling, persuasion, follow-up, and target-achievement skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle
inbound and outbound leads




generated through digital marketing and other channels.
- Connect with prospective students through
calls, WhatsApp, email, video calls, and meetings
.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, interests, and requirements.
- Provide
one-to-one academic and career counselling
and recommend relevant courses.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, learning methodology, certifications, career opportunities, and other program perks.
- Handle student/parent queries and resolve objections effectively.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and maintain strong lead relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into
paid enrollments/admissions

- Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly sales and enrollment targets

- Maintain accurate lead information, follow-up schedules, and conversion status in the CRM.
- Track prospects throughout the complete sales funnel, from enquiry to enrollment.
