1. Project Planning & Execution Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
2. Team & Contractor Management – Lead site teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
3. Client Coordination – Manage client communication, meetings, approvals, and ensure project requirements are delivered effectively.
4. Cost & Billing Control – Monitor project budgets, BOQs, quantities, billing, variations, and overall cost control.
5. Quality, Safety & Compliance – Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, QA/QC standards, EHS requirements, and statutory regulations.
6. Progress & Reporting – Track project progress, identify risks/delays, implement corrective actions, and submit regular MIS/progress reports to management.

Site Execution – Supervise day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
2. Technical Coordination – Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical/site issues.
3. Quality Control – Ensure workmanship and materials comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
4. Quantity & Measurement – Check site measurements, quantities, BOQs, material consumption, and support billing verification.
5. Site Supervision & Safety – Monitor manpower, productivity, work progress, and compliance with site safety procedures.
6. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain DPRs, site records, inspection reports, drawings, material records, and provide regular progress updates
