Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of the finance and accounting function.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and working-capital management.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, MIS, and management dashboards.
- Maintain strong control over accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, profitability, margins, inventory, receivables, and payables.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls and processes across the organization.
- Provide daily/regular financial analysis and actionable insights to management.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, financial institutions, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Support the management team in strategic business and investment decisions.




- Ensure timely closure of books and accuracy of financial statements.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Candidate Profile
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, costing, budgeting, and financial controls.
- Proven experience managing the complete finance function.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in ERP/MIS and financial reporting systems.
- CA qualification is preferred
