*We are seeking a Manager – Compensation & Benefits to join our global HR team. This individual will play a key role in designing, analyzing,
and executing compensation and benefits programs. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a solid understanding of both local and international compensation practices.*
What You'll Do

- Support the design, review, and administration of compensation and benefit programs.
- Provide Cost per Head (CPH) analytics – maintain budgeted CPH numbers, manage quarterly projections, and perform variance analysis.
- Lead annual compensation review processes including budgeting, pay structure updates, salary revision cycles, and promotion planning.
- Partner with Finance on accruals, forecasting, and reporting of compensation spend.
- Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure competitive pay positioning.
