Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Implementation: Lead global rollout phases using the SAP Activate methodology.
- System Integration: Configure SAP Integration with Concur Solutions (ICS) via standard APIs.
- Fit-to-Standard Workshops: Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with global stakeholders to map local tax, currency, and regulatory needs to standard cloud capabilities.
- Master Data Mapping:
Align S/4HANA Employee Central/HR data, Vendor Master records, and Cost Centers with Concur user profiles and list management.
- Project Accounting Alignment: Connect Concur Expense types to S/4HANA Public Cloud WBS elements to ensure accurate professional services client billing.
- Financial Configuration: Set up multi-currency clearing accounts, company-paid credit card card feeds, and automated tax/VAT mappings.
- Testing & Support: Drive integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare support.
Must-Have Technical Skills
- SAP Concur Expertise: Advanced configuration of Concur Expense, Request, Audit Rules, Workflow Routing, and Policy Groups.
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance: Deep knowledge of cloud scope item 1MO (Travel Expense Processing) and Central Business Configuration (CBC).
