*What Will You Do?*

Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages, and initiate replenishment actions.
- Ensure accurate stock records of raw-materials and minimize inventory carrying costs.

Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean manufacturing etc.,).

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) of self and team members related to production planning and control.
- Prepare MIS reports on production performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure smoo
