Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Key Account Manager role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Key Account Manager will oversee relationships with strategic clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable green energy solutions, coordinating with internal teams for project execution, and managing contract renewals and commercial negotiations. The role involves regularly monitoring account performance,



preparing reports and forecasts, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and resolving issues in a timely manner. The Key Account Manager is also expected to represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and review sessions, while maintaining accurate documentation in CRM or account management tools.

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Experience in sales, business development, or key account management, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts in clear business terms.
