About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Trading Counsellor to guide prospective learners through our stock market courses. You will engage leads, provide course guidance, and drive enrollments while contributing to the growth of our learner community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads via calls, emails, and messages; understand their learning needs.
- Counsel students on courses, benefits, and career opportunities in trading & investment.
- Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Suggest advanced courses, mentorship, and value-added services.
- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and track lead progress.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality and student onboarding.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years in sales, telecalling, or counselling (EdTech/Stock Market experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online collaboration platforms.
- Target-driven with a passion for stock market education.
