As a Sales Manager at CyRAACS, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective clients globally, and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions. You will collaborate with internal engineering, product and pre-sales teams to present and deliver solutions that address client needs from compliance and risk management to security assessments and managed services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across enterprises, SMBs, start-ups, and high-growth sectors across assigned geographies.
- Own the complete sales cycle from market mapping, outreach, discovery,



solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, work order closure, and onboarding of current clients.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using a structured source mix including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, CRM tools such as HubSpot/Salesforce, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, partner networks, webinars, industry events, cybersecurity forums, and social selling.
- Develop account and territory plans to identify priority industries, buyer personas, decision-makers, influencers, and revenue opportunities.
- Lead consultative sales conversations with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, IT leaders, risk teams, compliance teams, procurement stakeholders, and business decision-makers.
- Position CyRAACS cybersecurity consulting, compliance, risk management, technical assessment, managed services, and COMPASS GRC platform offerings based on customer business challenges.
