Role Description
The Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business clients using EVOLVE TECH’s A2P messaging and voice telecom solutions. Daily activities include building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding client needs, and proposing appropriate solutions and service enhancements.



The role involves coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution. The Account Manager tracks account performance, prepares reports, identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supports contract renewals. This position also requires proactive communication, regular review meetings with clients, and contribution to process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
