We are seeking an experienced Advocate / Legal Counsel to manage the legal affairs of our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for handling property-related legal matters, documentation, contracts, compliance, and disputes.
Requirements
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid Bar Council enrollment.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in real estate/property law preferred.
- Strong knowledge of property documentation, land laws, RERA, contracts, and litigation.
- Good legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle legal matters and work closely with management.
- Experience with real estate developers, builders, or property companies will be an advantage.
