Role

SwitchON Foundation is looking for a motivated and field-oriented Project Coordinator to support the implementation of Climate Resilient Agriculture (CRA) initiatives in the Churchu cluster of Hazaribagh. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager to mobilize farmers,



coordinate field activities, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and ensure effective implementation of project interventions at the grassroots level.

Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning and implementing Climate Resilient Agriculture (CRA) activities across the Churchu cluster
- Conduct regular field visits and engage with farmers, village institutions, and community members
- Mobilize farmers for project participation, capacity-building initiatives, and awareness programs
- Organize farmer meetings, training sessions, demonstrations, and community outreach activities
- Coordinate with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), government departments, Panchayats, and other local stakeholders
- Facilitate the distribution of seeds, agricultural inputs, and other project materials
- Monitor field activities, identify challenges, and report them to the Project Manager with recommendations
