We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Compliance & Improvement Associate to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in clinical compliance and improvement.

Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective clinical compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in clinical trials and research studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance clinical trial delivery.
- Provide training and guidance on clinical compliance matters to staff members.
- Monitor and report on clinical compliance metrics to senior management.




- Identify and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance in clinical trials and research studies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as pharmacy, medicine, or life sciences.
- Proven experience in clinical compliance and improvement within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements governing clinical trials and research studies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
