Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NOC Manager to lead our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telecom or ISP network operations, team management, incident handling, and service delivery. The role involves ensuring 24u00d77 network availability, minimizing downtime, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Network Operations Center (24u00d77).
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the NOC team to ensure high performance and service quality.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime across all network infrastructure.
- Handle critical incidents, escalations, and major outages, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and implement SOPs, escalation matrices, and operational best practices.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Field Operations, Service Delivery,



and Customer Support teams for issue resolution.
- Analyze network KPIs, identify trends, and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and monitor service performance metrics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve NOC efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Manage vendor coordination and ensure timely support for network-related issues.
- Plan resource allocation, shift management, and team development. Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ISP/Telecom network operations.
- Expertise in Routing Switching (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, TCP/IP, and network security.
- Experience with NMS tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios, Cacti, or similar platforms.
