Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and organized Sr. Data Analyst who can manage business data, prepare MIS and analytical reports, and provide executive-level support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and business coordination, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & MIS
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data from multiple sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Track KPIs, business performance, sales, operational metrics, and key trends.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power BI, etc.




- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.

Executive Assistance
- Provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support to the MD/CEO/Senior Management.
- Prepare presentations, reports, business summaries, and management decks.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, reviews, and follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, action trackers, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect information and monitor assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidential documents, business information, and management records.
- Support management in strategic planning, business reviews, and decision-making.

Coordination & Business Support
- Act as a coordination point between senior management and internal departments.
- Follow up with teams on targets, deadlines, reports, and pending activities.
