We specialise in Litho, Digital and Wide Format printing, supplying a wide range of commercial print and packaging solutions to businesses across the UK.

We are looking for an experienced Print Estimator to join our team on a fully remote basis, working from India during UK working hours.

The Role

As a Print Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a wide range of print work.

You will be working remotely and accessing our UK-based computer systems through TeamViewer, using our Tharstern estimating software.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial printing processes and be confident estimating jobs from customer specifications, artwork requirements and production information.

Key Responsibilities




- Prepare accurate and competitive print estimates using Tharstern
- Estimate a variety of print jobs, including Litho, Digital and Wide Format
- Understand print specifications, including:
- Paper and board stocks
- Sizes and quantities
- Litho and digital processes
- Finishing requirements
- Folding, creasing and cutting
- Binding
- Laminating and other finishing processes
- Packaging and bespoke print
- Review customer/job specifications and determine the most efficient production method
- Liaise with the UK team to clarify specifications and requirements
- Ensure estimates are accurate and commercially viable
- Work efficiently to meet quotation deadlines
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate must have:
- Previous experience as a Print Estimator
- Strong knowledge of the commercial printing industry
- Experience estimating print jobs
- Valuable understanding of print production and finish
