We are seeking a dynamic, qualified, and student-focused Faculty Member in Finance to join our academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching postgraduate and undergraduate students, developing their conceptual and practical understanding of finance, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall academic development of the institution.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching and communication skills, and the ability to connect financial concepts with real-world business and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures in Finance and related management subjects to MBA and other management students.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, course materials, presentations, case studies, assignments, and assessments.
- Teach core finance subjects such as Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Security Analysis,



Portfolio Management, Financial Markets & Institutions, Banking, and related areas.
- Explain complex financial concepts through practical examples, case studies, industry applications, and contemporary business scenarios.
- Conduct classroom discussions, presentations, group activities, simulations, and other student-centric learning activities.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic performance, projects, internships, career development, and professional growth.
- Supervise and evaluate student projects, dissertations, assignments, presentations, and research work.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, quizzes, and other academic evaluation activities.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, assessment results, and other documentation as required.
- Encourage students to participate in seminars, workshops, competitions, conferences, financial literacy activities, and industry
