· Master Scheduling: Develop comprehensive Project Baseline Schedules (WBS) using MS Project (MSP) or Primavera P6.

· Progress Monitoring: Prepare and update Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) with S-curves to visually map project health.

· Resource & Material Planning: Create look-ahead schedules (e.g., 2-week and 1-month look-aheads) to coordinate material procurement and labor mobilization.

· Delay Analysis: Identify critical path activities, detect early warning signs of project delays, and formulate recovery/catch-up plans.

· Management Reporting: Present milestone tracking reports and variance analysis directly to senior management to aid strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education:



B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

· Technical Software: Expert-level command over MS Project (MSP) or Primavera P6, and MS Excel.

· Core Competency: Strong understanding of the construction sequence of residential high-rises or commercial buildings.

· Traits: Highly organized, data-driven, and assertive enough to push site managers and contractors to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
