Account Management – Work Dynamics

What this job involves:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility management services. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal functioning of all facility services while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Service Management
- Oversee and coordinate janitorial services to maintain cleanliness standards across all facility areas
- Manage pest control programs including scheduling, vendor coordination, and compliance monitoring
- Supervise outdoor and indoor landscaping services to ensure aesthetic appeal and plant health
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain comprehensive inspection records

Operations & Administration
- Person should be willing to work in shifts.
- Manage work order systems including ticket creation, assignment, tracking, and closure
- Coordinate shift schedules for facility staff to ensure 24/7 coverage where required




- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all facility activities and services
- Generate regular reports on facility performance metrics and service delivery

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure vendor compliance
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations and implement corrective actions when needed
- Serve as primary point of contact between facility users and service providers

Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across all facility operations
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols
- Maintain compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and facility evacuation plans

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management
