About the Role





As a Data Migration Specialist within our onboarding team, you'll lead critical data migration projects for current customers—across systems ranging from CRMs to POS and ticketing platforms. You will ensure data accuracy, completeness, and operational efficiency, playing a pivotal role in helping our customers hit the ground running with clean, reliable data.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute data migration projects, overseeing end-to-end processes and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and speed.
- Work extensively with customer data, performing formatting, cleansing, validation, and mapping across diverse systems.
- Leverage advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, Power Query, and macros, to prepare high-quality imports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation Consultants, Product Specialists, and Engineering to guarantee successful data loading and thorough validation.
