What you'll do:
- Manage and maintain the LMS
- Support students across their learning journey, from enquiry to onboarding to completion
- Guide prospective students and drive enrolments through follow-ups and transparent communication
- Coordinate course launches and keep learning resources updated
- Collaborate with marketing and management, and report on course performance
