Role Overview
The Senior Google Ads Specialist owns Google performance for a portfolio of D2C brands. This role covers Search, Shopping, Performance Max, feed quality, and scale decisions.
KRA and Responsibilities
- Own Google platform performance across ROAS, CAC, and spend efficiency.
- Build and optimise Search, Shopping, and PMax campaigns by brand stage.
- Improve feed health across titles, attributes, and Merchant Centre setup.
- Make scaling decisions on budget allocation and bidding approach.
- Develop junior specialists through QA and daily guidance.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Managed at least 5L per month in ad spend.
- D2C or e-commerce experience is mandatory.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Strong command of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Solid reporting and communication skills.
- Hyderabad-based, or willing to relocate.
