Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Precast Concrete Manufacturing Supervisor with 5–8 years of experience in architectural precast concrete production, especially benches and landscape products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mould preparation, reinforcement, concrete casting, vibration, curing and demoulding.
- Ensure proper finishing and quality of precast benches.
- Read and interpret shop/engineering drawings.
- Manage production workers and daily production targets.
- Conduct quality checks and minimize defects/rework.
- Coordinate materials, manpower and production schedules.
- Ensure safety and proper handling of finished products.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years hands-on experience in precast concrete manufacturing.
- Experience with architectural precast/landscape products preferred.
- Positive knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, moulds and finishing.
- Ability to read drawings and lead production workers.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
