Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with at least one year of experience and positive knowledge of accounting principles. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, recording day-to-day transactions, preparing reports, and supporting statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
- Manage purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Maintain ledgers and perform regular account reconciliations.
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash-book maintenance.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Support monthly and annual account-closing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, bills, and supporting documents.




- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare MIS and other financial reports as required.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of relevant accounting experience.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally, accounting software, and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Good numerical and analytical abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to complete assigned work within deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Experience with GST return preparation and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
