Calyb is building the

The Role:
You will operate as the founder's "second brain" - a partner who co-owns the
*why*
behind our strategy, challenges it relentlessly, and executes the
*how*
. Your work will span GTM, Product, and whatever else needs to get done. A little tech tinkering won't hurt :)
