POSITION: Business Development & Operations Coordinator

HOURS: 4 hours/day, versatile schedule

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're a founder-led portfolio of 3-4 ventures across different industries

in India. We're looking for a Business Development Coordinator to manage

our sales pipelines, conduct market research, and coordinate operations

across these ventures.

You'll work directly with the founder. No middle management. Your work

directly impacts revenue and growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation & CRM Management

→ Build and maintain databases of qualified leads (100-150+ contacts)

→ Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone

→ Track pipeline stages and conversion metrics weekly

→ Prepare sales dashboards and reports

Market Research

→ Conduct competitor analysis across target markets

→ Research customer segments, pricing, and market gaps





→ Validate business assumptions through research

→ Compile findings into clear reports and recommendations

Project Coordination

→ Manage outreach to multiple customer segments simultaneously

→ Track follow-ups and response rates

→ Coordinate scheduling and meetings

→ Maintain organized databases across ventures

Reporting & Analysis

→ Weekly pipeline reports (leads, meetings scheduled, conversions)

→ Monthly dashboards tracking key metrics

→ Data entry and CRM maintenance

→ Ad-hoc research as needed

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

Month 1:

✓ 50-100+ qualified leads identified and entered in CRM

✓ Outreach sequences initiated

✓ Initial pipeline visible

Month 3:

✓ 2-3 warm meetings/week being scheduled

✓ Market research reports completed

✓ 100+ leads actively tracked in pipeline

Month 6:

✓ Consistent pipeline generation (20-30 new qualified leads monthly)

✓ Weekly dashboards showing convers
