Job Description:
- Supervise day-to-day facility and building maintenance activities at residential/commercial project sites.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, MEP, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other service teams.
- Monitor common areas, amenities, utilities, equipment and building services.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors and monitor their work, manpower and service quality.
- Maintain daily facility inspection reports, maintenance records and checklists.
- Ensure proper functioning of pumps, electrical systems, DG, lifts, fire-fighting systems, plumbing and other MEP services.
- Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness and overall upkeep of the premises.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for maintenance-related requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site/company standards.
- Attend and resolve occupant/client complaints related to facility and maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance materials, tools and consumables.
Preferred Background:
- Candidates from Real Estate / Construction / Residential High-Rise / Facility Management backgrounds.
- Experience handling facilities within an under-construction or completed residential project will be preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or related field preferred.
- Valuable coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Should be comfortable working at project sites and coordinating with multiple teams.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
