About the Role

We are looking for an Installation & Helpdesk Coordinator to manage the end-to-end installation of Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs) across India and to run post-installation helpdesk support. The role requires strong coordination skills and an existing network of field engineers/technicians across multiple cities to ensure fast, reliable on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Installation Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and track IFPD installations across pan-India locations (schools, offices, corporate clients, etc.)
- Identify, onboard, and maintain a reliable pan-India network of installation engineers/technicians/vendors
- Assign installation jobs to the nearest available engineer based on location, urgency, and SLA
- Ensure installations are completed as per checklist/quality standards (mounting, wiring, calibration, software setup, demo to client)
- Collect and verify installation reports, photos, and client sign-offs
- Coordinate logistics — dispatch of units, accessories, and spare parts to installation sites

Helpdesk Support




- Act as first point of contact for post-installation technical issues (hardware/software)
- Log, categorize, and track support tickets till closure (via CRM/helpdesk tool)
- Coordinate with field engineers for in office troubleshooting/repair visits when remote support isn't sufficient
- Escalate unresolved or recurring issues to the technical/product team
- Maintain SLA adherence for response and resolution times
- Follow up with clients to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction

Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain an updated database of engineers (city-wise, skill-wise, availability)
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on installations completed, pending, and support tickets open/closed
- Liaise between clients, engineers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Manage engineer payouts/invoices related to installation and service visits (if applicable)
