Develop evidence-based and individualized treatment plans.
Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies.
Monitor treatment outcomes and modify treatment plans when required.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

Perform or supervise appropriate aesthetic procedures based on training and competency, including:

Acne and acne-scar treatments
Chemical peels
PRP/GFC for skin and hair
Microneedling
MNRF
Skin rejuvenation procedures
Skin boosters
Botox
Dermal fillers
Other minimally invasive aesthetic procedures within the doctor's training and scope of practice
Patient Consultation & Counselling
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations.
Clearly explain diagnosis,
available treatment options, realistic outcomes, risks and aftercare.
Build long-term relationships with patients through ethical and transparent medical advice.
Provide appropriate pre- and post-procedure counselling.
Manage patient concerns and complications professionally.
Ensure appropriate follow-up and continuity of care.
Clinical Quality & Patient Safety
Follow clinical SOPs, infection-control protocols and patient-safety standards.
Ensure proper documentation and informed consent before procedures.
Identify and appropriately manage adverse events and complications.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and procedural safety.
Work closely with nurses, therapists, counsellors and other clinical team members.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBBS from a recognized institution.
- MD/DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy.
