Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Manager / Area Sales Officer to drive sales growth, develop the assigned territory, manage dealer/distributor and customer relationships, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on sales experience in any manufacturing industry and strong exposure to territory development, channel sales, customer acquisition, and business growth.

Industry Requirement

Candidates from ANY MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY are eligible. The candidate does not need to come from a specific manufacturing sector. Experience in sectors such as steel, building materials, FMCG, electricals,



industrial products, chemicals, automotive, engineering, consumer durables, packaging, construction materials, hardware, or any other manufacturing industry will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

· Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the designated territory.

· Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, key accounts, and customers.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.

· Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.

· Generate new leads, acquire customers/dealers, and convert prospects into business.

· Develop and strengthen the dealer/distributor network and improve territory penetration.

· Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and market coverage across the assigned area.
