Role Description
The Field Engineer role at R S VISION is a full-time, hybrid position based in Hardoi, with some work-from-home flexibility for tasks such as remote diagnostics, documentation, and coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, gaming rigs, networking equipment,



and CCTV setups at customer locations. The Field Engineer will perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs, providing clear guidance to customers on system use and maintenance. The role also involves coordinating with the shop and support team to schedule visits, manage service requests, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. The Field Engineer will document work performed, maintain accurate records of equipment and service history, and contribute to continuous improvement of field service processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for computer hardware, software, networking, and CCTV systems.
